As a base the German carmakers used Mercedes-AMG GT R generating 585 horsepower and 700 Nm of torque and getting 100 km/h in 3.6 seconds. The new GT4 has the lower performance: Biturbovo Vermont 4.0 delivers 510 horses and 600 Nm and takes less than four seconds to accelerate to 100 km/h. The available top speed makes 250 km/h. The gears are switched via a six-step sequential transmission.
